This was way too funny and so close to home as this is how our household functions on a daily basis. In our case however in addtion to the Glasses, Wallet & Keys we must add the search for my husbands teeth. No don't faint, he dentures don't fit right so he is constantly taking them out and setting them "whereever" he happens to be. The worst was one night several years ago when we had arrived home from a party and he discovered his upper dentures were missing. off we go driving up and down main street (Him driving, me hanging out the window) to see if they had fallen off the tailgate of the truck as that was the last place he rememebered seeing them. In the end they had fallen off the dining room table when it was pushed back to the wall onto the chair that sits behind the table.
The other day he came walking into the house talking on "His" cell phone asking where "His" cell phone was as he needed a number out of the contact list. My response was OMG it's in your hand next to your ear! His response, I thought you hadnded me "Your" cell phone not mine. I guess this is the "For Better or Worse" part of 31 years of marriage - Gotta Love Um
Yes, I too wait for an apology or some type of recognition that "He" had forgotten where he put things but it never seems to quite materialize.

That is way too funny about the dentures...who puts dentures on a tailgate...LOL! I guess I know now. This CRS only advances as we get older. I think in a lot of ways, life didn't slow down for us like it did for previous generations. We are like EverReady bunnies and it can be tough on the old brain cells!
